The games
Three games born from real evenings: with friends, with family, between flatmates. None is on sale yet; here is where each one stands.
Vilom
A bluffing and deduction game among villains. The birthday cake has been wolfed down: everyone is guilty, except one. It's up to you to unmask them.

Brakano
A cooperative and competitive card game where your loved ones become elves, dwarves or ogres, out to save a costume party from six unruly animals.

Cook for me!
A card game of pure bad faith, born in a real flatshare: four flatmates, a thousand excuses, and only one who ends up at the stove.

the games
As a child, I wanted to be an explorer or an inventor. I ended up a bit of both: I have lived and worked in France, Canada, Thailand and Guatemala, in teaching, retail and starting businesses.
Everywhere, I noticed the same thing: nothing brings people closer than a table, a deck of cards and a good reason to laugh together. So I invent games, first for my friends and family, with their quirks, their pets and their fits of laughter.
I design them on my own, from the first rule to the last card, and present them here in French, English and Spanish, three of the languages I speak.

Rules that just work
As a chess player, I love mechanics that hold up. Every rule is written, counted and balanced: Vilom's draw pile is fine-tuned card by card to the number of players. But a rule only works if it makes people laugh.
Cards you want to keep
As a travel photographer, I have an eye for images that tell a story. Every card is a little scene: a tram turned into an elven convoy, a driving theory test on an ancient tablet, a birthday cake as a crime scene.
Evenings that bring people closer
Teacher, boarding-school supervisor, expatriate: I have spent my life bringing together people who didn't know each other. A game does it better than any speech: you sit face to face, play for hours, and leave closer than you arrived.
The games are taking shape. Come and see.
Prototypes, behind-the-scenes and the first playtests: it all happens on Instagram. For a question, an idea or just to say hello, write to me.
